Just recently my neighbor was speaking with me about a rare element in the earth that is very valuable. He mentioned that this rare element came to the earth from the meteorites that hit the earth and wiped out the dinosaurs.
While meteorites wiping out the dinosaurs may be a popular belief, even amongst Christians, it is not consistent with the Bible narrative.
It leads us to ask ourselves, “Just how important is it to believe the Bible narrative?” and I think the Bible answers that question with a verse in Romans 1:17, “The just shall live by faith.”
To live by faith is not just believe that Jesus is your Savior. As Jesus said Himself, It is written, Man shall not live by bread alone, but by every word that proceedeth out of the mouth of God.” Matthew 4:4.
This means that if God says it was a flood that wiped out the earth and it was due to the sinfulness of man, then we have a choice to make. Do we believe that or go along with the popular narrative?
Watching the Genesis Impact movie will raise some questions and provide answers to help you understand that there is a lot more science to the Creation account than you may have realized.
