We are excited to offer you plant-based vegetarian cooking classes for the new year, including food samples and descriptions and hands-on experience in gourmet plant-based cooking.
The recipes will include high fiber, whole grain, whole foods that are quick and easy to make and will decrease your food budget and help restore your health and happiness.
